In my document, say state A, I change D in B, C. Now I type 'U', the state becomes C. I type 'U' then goes back to D. (The second result seems to me again).
In my understanding, to undo means that I will return it when it is C, then it will come back again to return it back again, return it to A again.
In addition, I know that 'U3' can work here but in most cases I have no way to keep track of numbers. Change in state
How can you get unlimited undo?
You have only 1 level if you are in V compatible mode then undo. You have lost many features due to being in the ` 'compatible'
mode, just create a ~ / .vimrc
file and you can find yourself in the 'Compatible'
Will disable mode.
