Getting Different toolbar Controls in tinymce in rails 2 Application -

I'm using the tinymce editor to prepare a report so I'm facing a problem in the TinyMase toggle link As shown in the image below.

In the toolbar I Getting rectangular box to insert image. I'm getting different designs for the different properties of the toolbar .. ..I want to display the link in Tinink's standard format .. Plz get me out of it ..
