bash - zsh not finding terminal command -

I'm trying to read every line of a file with some gems, for example this Gems .txt : active_directory -v 1.6.0 .

- "Mane Dependence $ line --remote" done in line while reading Gems.txt

and I'm getting

  zsh: command not found: gem dependency activ_directory -v 1.6.0 --remote  

I do not know why this is happening.

I have just removed the quote after Cyrus' advice and did the job.
