I am unable to deploy a war file in Apache Tomcat, in my webapps / folder .war files are after I restart the tomcat I am able to reach localhost , but the war file is not being deployed. It is giving me the 404 not found status I have also checked the server.xml file for the autodeply: true status, I server. Also tried to change the port in the XML file. Still, I am unable to deploy the war file.
