intellij idea - How to navigate to character location in WebStorm? -

I'm wondering how can I navigate to a character's place? I have a script that will tell me the character space number, no line number.

  information: log-process on public-machine / 3093: some log messages  

3093 is the character position number.

No such navigation action exists, you will either need 1) that will do this; 2) Write your own plug-in to do this; Or 3) to add such functionality.
