command line - I installed nvm n and now I keep getting "dyld: bad external relocation length" -

I have installed using nvm, n, sudo and testing it by downloading several versions of node on my system Has decided. When I tried to switch between node versions, "Permission denied" was done. So I also decided to switch between the versions of the pseudo. It happens when all hell breaks I am trying to reboot my terminal with some hope that it will magically fix itself.

  dyld: bad external relocation length

Thanks in advance.

Update 1 : I have tried to use NPM to install this and it gives me a "bold" prompt:

 < Code> Trace / BPT Trap: 5

Basically I can not use NPM now

I had the same.

I was using Mac, so I downloaded the .pkg for the version of the node, I was interested in it and it was restored (which is the same Establishes NPM in time).

that.
