I'm a new Android app developer, I'm still trying different Google Cloud APIs. Google Cloud Storage provides free quota for NDstore, but why compel us to do billing for free quota for cloud storage? Why should I have an account with which I will never pay, because I am just trying the API with free quota. I do not have any international debit / credit card, here is not easy to get one, how do I create cloud storage (create / edit, delete bucket / object)? Is there a public bucket or object that I can try for the testing app?
