ios - Internal testers, restore purchases and testflight app -

I uploaded a new version of my app update in Apple Testflight, and I tried to restore something The problems are:

I am not able to restore purchases with the internal tester. I am not able to restore the purchases with the real user. (For some time Apple process asks me for username and some time passes)

I am able to restore the purchase with a sandbox user. (Well)

I could understand that a real user is not able to restore the purchase with my testflight version, but why am I not able to do it with the internal tester?

is resolved, if you try to access the sandbox while logged in as a regular account You will get an error, you will have to unlock with Settings> iTunes and then you will be able to restore the purchase with the internal user.
