makefile - make: *** [all] Error 2 when building Trilinos -

I'm trying to install Trinianos from source to Kubuntu 14.04 because Peridigm is a condition to install. I am following the build instructions and using the recommended script for Peridigm.

The configuration works fine, but when I actually try to use make using trillions, the following error occurs:
