excel vba - Offset and Match using VBA -

I have a table in the data sheet and there is another output table in the main sheet.

The room is a strange formatting that I have not solved so far, but I get value like 1 in A and then value 0.17. Similarly, I should do it with B and C

It gives the last found value for many matches.
