tortoisesvn - tortoise svn 1.7 - date format of $Date $ -

We are using different PCs (some of them Windows XP, some of them Windows 7). I have found some problem with turtle and tag, which results in a problem when compared to complete tree 1: 1.

A system is replacing the date tag:

  $ date:

Another system is located on the same source code status

  $ date: 2015-02-27 17:14:05 +01000 (Fred, 27. February 2015) $

By comparing each The file is marked as different, because then there is no point or no point in the day (number).

It seems that all XPs are working without installation points, win 7 with the points but I'm not sure.

Tags me using $ date-Win7 and TortoiseSVN 1.9.2 (latest and greatest updates now Will be done; 1.9.5) Can anyone search for this reason and provide solutions?

The problem is: all those files will be shown as a "change" with the behavior that is seen on the actual changes of annoyance (one way to fix it, write a script and it Each time after / after will be run .. but there should be a way to affect the formatting of that string.)
