I used the classregtree to wipe a tree and behind me to build that tree The algorithm should be known, I have read the classregtree matlab page but it does not tell any details. Besides, I check the reference sheet but I could not find it. any advice?
class regulation uses the implementation of C and RT algorithms @ rearing As mentioned in a comment, the main reference to it is the book "Classification and Retrograde Trees" by Bremen, Friedman, Olshin and Stone.
Note that classregtree is disliked by the Math Works on the next few releases, and you have classificationTree and Regression Is encouraged to move towards, which also uses (slightly different) implementation of C & RT.
