Drop down List on Click in Excel 2007 -

I am working on Excel 2007. Is it possible to click in the drop down list?

Example:

I have got A2, B2, C2, D2, A2 points for mathematics, physical, English, chemistry, history. And F2 drop-down lists are included in the student's specialty, good, normal and poor.

By default, F2 shows bad, and all traces of A2 to E2 remain the same if I click on F2 to select Normal, all points from A2 to E2 are 5% more To add good, add all points to 10%
