angularjs - Facebook Graph Explorer returning a different account id than PHP SDK -

I'm using my code information using facebook php sdk v4 , but first i I'm getting a token from a perceptions app using the Cordova plugin, so on PHP, I'm getting the account ID 798776790185364

when I get an account id from I am receiving 100001591518421 on the graph explorer.

This is called an app-scoded user id. With app-scod id, the id for the same user will be different between the application.
