How to obtain information from facebook graph api then the page is private? -

I am thinking that reading a Facebook page on one page (and to read without any change) is. My) is using the Facebook graph API.

For example, I have the ID "90689883513", mostly if I keep it like this I should get all the information (I just need basic information on the page) but there are pages that I think is right If they are more "private" then you can read all basic information as a user but there is no way to catch it from Facebook graph API, am I right?
