Excel query/macro , delete records where the aggregate value is not over 100 -

I have a spreadsheet with approximately 5000 records. I need to delete records where the amount column is less than $ 10.00 , Unless the total amount of the column in column is greater than or equal to $ 100. I have an ID column that matches the name of the record. Is it possible to make something like this for each ID number in the ID column, if the amount column is less than $ 10, unless the same ID is visible again and is more than $ 100? TIA

If the id column is called A and amount column tells D, with each label, then a supporting column:

  = SUMIF (A: A, A2, D: D)

To suit, the copies should be copied in the copy below (at least $ 100) those lines should be removed.
