However, I do not know where to start from. I went to it, but what I found was a post to find a yellow ball. I want to find a car logo with a picture (which can be clown or clear), then I identify the car brand and add points to the number.
I know it looks like a long sequence, but can someone help?
You can probably use Higher Cascade in Opencv to do this. You will need to train the Hire detectors along with both the positive and negative samples of the logo, but with this, there are already utilities in opencv to help you. Just read about openers in opencv document
