internet explorer - IE 11 and JavaScript Error -

I have a new Windows 8.1 Pro OS and I have my VS Pulled the app of 2012 down and I see the following Javascript error in IE11. . Although there is no problem in Chrome

Any ideas why?

There is nothing to do with Amazon on the app and it works fine on Windows 7 without any issue. I am unable to find the problem.
