I have a statement:
Print 'Word', LAN (guessMe), 'Long letters.' Print '-------------' Verifying! = [] Get more estimation & amp; 0: The print is 'you have', the guess is, 'left the guess.' UserGuess = raw_input ( 'Please Take a letter:') userGuess = userGuess.lower () userGuessSingleton = list (userGuess) userGuessList = userGuessList + userGuessSingleton P = lettersList.index (userGuess) del (lettersList [P]) letters = "". The word (of letters) print "available characters", characters
It shows:
term is 10 characters long ----- ---------- You have 13.0 estimates remaining. Please do a letter: a

P>in short, your code It is not doing what you are claiming is doing what it is doing. If this is all your code that can affect the output, then the new line before
raw_input
is unique to your situation. I've tested your code on Ubuntu, OS X, and Windows 8 and it is output by me:Word 10 characters ---------- --- You have 13.0 estimates left. Please estimate a letter:
No new line This can be a dragon bug.
