The application has been running very slow since 2 hours The customer moves forward to see which steps I have to collect from the customer / Need information and how can I answer the customer and how to resolve this issue?

sql - Application running too slow, customer asked to up Immediate -
Run a SQL Profiler and check the answer time for all queries. After this you can get an idea of which questions are there about long questions.
Also check that index / keys are implemented properly, I have some time notice when we back up and restore the database, some keys are automatically removed in the SQL Server.
You can also check the available disk space on the DB server.
