ruby on rails - Could not locate Gemfile or .bundle/ directory - Radiant CMS -

I have placed embarrassment on my page as a CMS.

The gem is installed bright

Terminal says that has been successfully established by 1 - just like ok

Then I try to create a project:

Then I try to cd / socialize and try the bundle 'vars for install I can not find Gemfile or .bundle / directory and here I find

then it looks like a serious error
