I need to have MS Access to count how many "Always" replies from a combo list from many fields -

I need MS Access from how many "always" replies from a combo list from many areas.

Example: I need to know that [safety glosses], [hardhats], [respiratory system], [hearing protection], [gloveswarn] + and many more How many "always" answer?

I tried

  = yoga (iIF ([safetyglass]] = "always" and [hardhats] = "always"))  

It was not working.

Then in the second field, I need to multiply this number by 3 (I think this would be a simple one).
