linux - How to compile libsqlite3 for python without root privileges -

I need to install Python 3 in a web server (linux) and I do not have root access. That's why I have established it on the path of my house. However, I can not import sqlite from dragon command shell. I searched and I came to know that I need to install Libseclit 3. I have the following problems:

  1. Now that I do not have root access, I have to compile Libsequilate 3 myself. But I do not have a reliable source code url, can someone guide me there?

  2. How can I make Python aware about the library, which I compiled with Libseclet 3 source code?
