git - Multiple Unsynced versions of repo -

I have 2 unstable versions of my repo at this time. I tried to sync last night and because of my WiFi connection Bad, it ended after about an hour. I dropped out in hopes of being able to sync some big files in my repo, and I also made some other changes.

My question:

When I press Sync, will it try to sync only the latest version of the repo or should it even sync to one Will have to do from tomorrow?

sidenote: Is there a way to improve the speed of sync besides getting a better connection?

By default, you will get full history in your repository, if so, it will sync changes from yesterday itself.

What can you do, if your repo is not synchronized anywhere (otherwise, you get involved in dirty stuff), make a change before you add big files That's okay and you retrieve it by editing it later (or leaving them out too).
