I was wondering if a plug-in is available which is set to set up a GIRA ticket such as Build Records From there, make a ticket within the service. If no plug-in is available for this, can anyone tell me in the right direction for this project?
No ready-to-use plug-in is available in that case. We have created our plugin for this, but unfortunately this plugin is not available publicly. At the top of it will be very complicated to create a plugin that can be used by everyone because you will need a lot of configuration options.
I think you have to contact a consultant to make your own plugin for your desired use-cases.
