What are the tools on the market that can index and read index?

Ideally they need to fall

• Be able to work within medium trust
• Be an open source
• Be able to analyze and strip out
• Be able to create snippets and highlight with search terms
• Be able to search fuzzy, phrase etc.

Any useful information will be great too.
