asp.net - the operation couldn’t be completed. The parameter is incorrect when press F5 -

When I make a solution and gives this error by pressing F5

  "Operation not complete The parameter is incorrect " 

I have examined all the references that the website mentions about. Removed it and reconnected all references. Still no use.

Any suggestions.
