Tableau ->Hbase connectivity [odbc driver] -

I'm trying to add a host table to the angles directly on the top of the model data in Hbase Connecting to a more traditional RDBMS like MySql.)

Does anyone tell me some Odyssey drivers that I can use to do this. I tried Simba's ODBC driver but could not be too far, I am also looking for an open source option.

Thanks

You can use Simba's H.264 ODBC driver. A brief description of the same process I've written here:

Step 1: Start the rest of the server in the Hortonwerk Linux machine

  /usr/hdp/2.2.6.0-2800 / Hbase / bin / hbase-daemon.sh start rest -p 9768

Note: 9768 is the port I have chosen to make sure that this port is free in your machine or not Use a different port.

Step 2: Download Simba Odbc Driver (in Windows machine, where your Msg server is)

  http://www.simba.com/connectors/apache- Hbase-odbc

Step 3: Install it.

Step 4: Go to the highlighted path in yellow -> Add your public virtual IP (You can get it from AZU VM - Dashboard). Enter step 1 as the port used in the command. Step 5: If you are using Eezoor, make sure that you have opened 9768 ports.

Step 6: Test the connection, it should show a list of tables.

Step 7: Connect with makeup using the other ODBC connection. Choose Simba as a driver and provide the server. Step 8: If this does not work, make sure that you have copied the Simba License file, which you received in the email at the installed location. (C: \ Program Files \ Symbo HBZ ODBC Driver \ lib)
