audacity - How can I programmatically process audio files in a folder system? -

There are a few hundred audio files in the lecture spoken to me. I need a piece of software, I can call from the command line to process in ways. Changing the format, generalization etc.

So far, I have tried to use a chain using the process of batch of audacity, however, it is not satisfactory because I do not call it from the command line (And therefore the batch process files are flexible in order to suit the size / file type etc.).

Do you have any software that can do this type of audio processing from the command line?

To expand, you can use a bash script, run it again in the directory through each file, and then to run the command on each file.
