I have a cuff cluster of 2 nodes, my cuff version is 0.8.1.
I need to move it to a different server set.
Is not the best way to maintain a downtime and maintain any data loss?
Consistent with the new server and the old servers live together in the same data center, the easiest way is That the new people will have to be added as replication. For all the current divisions you have, Kafka will coordinate them to make the ISR (SSR). One they are coordinated, you should be able to safely close old nodes.
It definitely depends on how your customers are configured (will they automatically be able to find new nodes?) And which version of Kafa you are on.
Take a look at this: / P>
You kafka-reasign-partitions Sh will be required to use the tool. Test in a non-production environment first.
