php - retrieve database username and password -

I was very stupid and lost my database user and password. I want to edit a file on the server with Notepad ++, but the course must be provided to the user and pass the connection to server-edit (I am trying to access that file - index This will be the data to connect to the database in .php-i). I tried to use table inspector on that file (an application), but it does not show php code (where I have my database connection user and pass) only html code Editing the path of the file in Notepad ++, shows only HTML code in the "index [1] .php" file. Is there any way to recover my user and pass? I know that it looks like hacking, but I'm just trying to use my own files and my own MySQL database

If you have to close your own database server database and start the database with the skip-grant-table option, include this option in your my.cnf (or my.ini). Now you can access without your database username and password, then reset your account and leave-without-table option

without restart database server
