ngView and ngInclude in the same SPA, AngularJS -

I have a question that will not take much time.

In Angular JS, we create an SPA which does ngView use with ngInclude. We click on a link to add / contact the URL, update the scene and change the content. Is content updates included enigenag? (Reloading and showing the same content)
