To use this code, what permission do I have to request in the Facebook Sumbit Review?

 As far as I understand that you are using standard sharing dialogs, you do not need all those permissions, as stated in the share dialog Make a person a personal Girl or any open graph encourages the story to publish their timeline.  It does not require a Facebook login or any extended permission, so it's the easiest way to share on the web.
