mysql - Error connecting to my AWS RDS in Singapore (Asia Pacific Region -

I'm running this error while connecting to my newly created RDS MySQL example

ERROR 2003 (HIATA): 'Can not connect to Microsoft server. **** F-South East-1Diamondos.com- (60)

I would not say I'm an expert, because I have many EC2 examples and are able to connect Are there. And all the security groups have been created and the necessary permission for the inbound is made accordingly. But I'm just quite familiar with the RDS example. 1.
