matlab - How to convert nifti file to AFNI file? -

I want to know how to change any NIFTI file to AFNI file. (HEAD / BRIK)

You can use 3dcopy :

3dcopy myfile.nii Myfile

myfile + tlrc.HEAD and myfile + tlrc.BRIK

< P> Nifty file files can handle (AFNI), however, they should be without HEAD / BRIK format).
