It was very efficient to use window.prompt () for a string user input The functionality of cross-browser, but from the previous view it does not seem that there is any more possibility. I realized that in IE 7 and 8 there was window.prompt () but can be enabled through content settings, but how to do it on a Windows Phone? I have tested IE settings and system settings and can not find any.
