xaml - Windows Phone 8.1 TimePicker: how to show only quarters -

I'm making time registration applications only hours can be submitted with hours and one hour quarter.

For this, I would like to use the 'time' picture and would like to filter all minute options except '0', '15', '30'.

Is there any way to do this?
