There are several PHP handel projects and some specifically for Yii. I do not know the general people how to be established in the Yii framework and make them aware Yii. For Yii, they are for the old Yii and not Yii2, so they refer to the protected / extension which does not exist, I tried to install it one but the composer gave an error < Code> The requested package delfit / phamlp was not found in any version, there may be a typo in the package name. SASS and Coffeescript is a bonus 
The error you mentioned is related to the most minimum-stability setting because in this extension There is no stable release yet, it seems that it is no longer supported.
But the Yii 1 extension is not compatible with Yii 2, because the difference between them is very large, so it does not matter.
