reporting services - SSRS report with multi valued parameter rendering slow first time -

I have an SSRS (VS 2008) report in which the multi-valuable parameter transmission is slowing down for the first time. It is expected that when presented for the first time, it should not be seen even on the major / main SQL queries. I have dataset (with SQL query) for each parameter There are 12 criteria on report.

Any idea about improving performance at least for first time submitting the report.
