mercurial - Sourcetree - stuck notification / 1 not tracked file -

I am using the software for the Mac with the Hac.

I have a notice on the copy of my work and it says under the window (bottom position bar) that I have 1 tracked file, which I can not find anywhere if I "all Files ".

Although it works well in my success / push, but it is bothering me and I want to know if any of you can get rid of this problem before this problem is? /p>

I got deleted 'a.out' file ..
