c# - Programmatically detect a redirected folder in Windows 7 and above -

As an example of a redirect folder, I move the under the non-location oneDrive folder button:

redirected oneDrive folder

OneDrive settings now Also point to the old location, but when it is opened in Windows Explorer, it takes you to the newly specified location F: \ OneDrive .

Is the program a fixed way to redirect a arbitrary folder and if so, where?

Edit : Please note that this question is not about recovering the OneDrive folder in the first place. It's about detecting redirection on any arbitrary folder.
