email - SMTP protocol synchronization error (input sent without waiting for greeting) -

I configured EXIM mail server on CTO. It is working with an encryption type. But not with the SSL and TLS I did not find the right solution for this type of error. Can anyone explain the solution and why this error message in Exim main.log file?

The error message is similar to the exim main.log file below. SMTP protocol synchronization error (input is sent without waiting for greeting): H = ACP-node [10.7.2.137] input = "\"

Disclaimer Connection from 026 \ 003 \ 001 "

Looking at the error log entry, your Mail client 10.7.2.137 is trying to establish a secure (TLS) connection but your Exim server is not expecting it.

Most likely TLS is not properly configured in your EXIM configuration file. You can refer to the tutorial.

The solution, therefore, to edit your Exim configuration file, make sure that the TLS certificates have been set and tls_advertise_hosts are set; And then restart the Exim.
