assembly - When is the displacement 16bit in x86 64-bit mode? -


In the Manual of Intel x86 Developer:

Volume 1-3.7.5.1 said that the displacement could be 8,16,

But volume 2-2.2.1.3 said that displacement can only be 8 or 32 bits in 64 bit mode.

So, who is right? Or is it a bug of manual?
