tortoisesvn - How to find SVN version? -

I am on a Windows machine when I type in svn --version It gets:

  'svn' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operative program or batch file.  

Is there a way to view the version through TortoiseSVN?

I have seen this but the server does not show any version information:

If you have TortoiseVien integrated with Windows Explorer, then you can click about RMB-> TortoisVN-> The versions of the devices used by Tortoise are listed.
