How can I make my SQL statement, which does not appear in profiler? It contains sensitive information and I do not want to show them in Profiler.

Profiler can only be run by someone with appropriate authority, so if your installation is properly protected You should be ok (a user should not be enabled in your application profile). This is beyond security, because Profiler significantly slows down the server.
