jsf 2 - Session gets lost before time set up -


I'm working with Primus 3.4 and JS 2.0.4, I set up the session in 30 minutes Web.xml

And I have an eagle monitor set to show in 25 minutes, however, suddenly the session is lost, and iddlemonitor does not appear, and the application does not work,

Does anyone have to face this problem? Any solutions?
