specifications - What's the typical part to be added to the User Requirements Document? -

I am writing the user requirement document for a standalone application. This application helps in viewing files on archives. I have the following structure of the document:

  • Introduction
  • Functional Requirements
    • System Operations
    • UI
    • < / Ul>
    • Non Functional Needs

    Is It Enough? Do you know other parts that I can add? Can I write "Project Management Time"?

I will suggest the following structure:

  1. Introduction - General Concepts, Including Executive Summary & amp;

  2. Product domain
  3. Product interface
  4. (possible external and internal)
  5. End of supported landscape and end of flow.
  6. Functional Needs
  7. Security Considerations.
  8. Non-functional requirements - including performance, scalability, flexibility
