html - can't change link color in chrome -

I can not change the color of my links I have checked other SO positions and W3Schools, but it is not working . My entire CSS looks like this

  div.nav {text-align: center; } A {text-decoration: none; Art color; }

But my link is always black (or red or w / e) when the page loads and then turns blue on.

HMTL:

  & lt; Div class = "container-fluid" & gt; & Lt; Div class = "nav" & gt; & Lt; NAV & gt; & Lt; A href = "#" & gt; Accessories & lt; / A & gt; & Lt; A href = "#" & gt; Accessories & lt; / A & gt; & Lt; A href = "#" & gt; Luggage & lt; / A & gt; & Lt; A href = "#" & gt; Accessories & lt; / A & gt; & Lt; A href = "#" & gt; Accessories & lt; / A & gt; & Lt; A href = "#" & gt; Accessories & lt; / A & gt; & Lt; A href = "#" & gt; Material Goods & lt; / A & gt; & Lt; A href = "#" & gt; Accessories & lt; / A & gt; & Lt; A href = "#" & gt; Accessories & lt; / A & gt; & Lt; / Neo & gt; & Lt; / Div & gt; & Lt; / Div & gt;

My browser is Chrome and I'm using Bootstrap 3.2.0 from the CDN

If you've visited your link, it may switch to "discrete" status. You can make the following calls in the CSS to target a hyperlink with the targeted position.

  a: visited (color: black;}

There are four hyperlink states, click on the link below to see them:
