c# - Azure Cloud service cannot set vmsize to nothing other than: ExtraSmall, Small, Medium -

I have Azure Cloud service and I have tried to upgrade it to standard D2 size, but the upgrade is unsuccessful, And I got the same errors as this question:

After this I created a new cloud service in Ezoor Portal and published my project with standard D2 size, and it went well, But when I was in constant deployment (with GIT) it failed Tired of own build controller, and hosted controller controller). After that I tried with the A5 instance size, but it also failed. I got the error twice:

Exception Message: Invalid enum value 'A5' can not be deserialized in the 'Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Depployment.Workflow.AzureManagement.v1_7.InstanceSize' type . Make sure that the required value values are present and are marked with the EnumMemberAttribute attribute if the data content in the Attachment attribute is.

Strangely I can publish my cloud service without problems, but I can not use continuous deployment for some reason.

After that, I removed the Ezur Cloud Service project with my solution and the new cloud service project was added, but with the same result.

Then I tried to "enlarge" the example size and the construction went well.

And one more thing that is linked to the drop down from the ASP.NET MVC project in the web roll, I can select examples like Standard D1, Std. D2 etc. But from the web role that is connected to the ASPnet Web API project, I can select only small, large mediums, eg A5, etc. (I've attached screenshots)

Why is this happening?

Web API option: web API

MVC option: < Img src = "https://i.stack.imgur.com/LNIwJ.png" alt = "MVC">

I have contacted AZUR support, and I got the answer:

We are sorry that you have been informed about the existing system limit, which is going to introduce a new D-Series Restricts your ability to add your current deployment which we are working to improve To use the new D-Series VM, we are taking steps to enable you deployment:

  • Remove VM and maintain your existing VHD
  • Li>

Individual groups have various capabilities All clusters do not support VMs of all sizes Generally, support for older people D series or A8 / A9 is not supported Does the A8 / A9 cluster A1 do not support A7 or D series. Clusters that support A7 to A7 and D series are new clusters. Once you complete the steps above, you will be able to use the newly released D-Series VM in the new deployment that was created as below.
