command line interface - Asterisk Playback Sound just from CLI -

I am using a Starface application based on Asteric I aim to broadcast a sound file on multiple channels .

How to run playback () commands in CLI for a specific channel. The Starface application overwrites the dialplane (extensions.config) It is not possible to configure * .config files for it.

I hope someone can help me
